Tanto Michelle Obama como Carla Bruni han puesto de moda el tacón discreto o bajo. Todo para no estar por encima de sus esposos. Pero en el caso de la primera dama de Francia, el esfuerzo –renunciar a un buen tacón- es aún más heroico. La diferencia de estatura con Nicolas Sarkozy no le permite muchas opciones en el calzado. Por eso, anoche en una cena con el presidente de Sudáfrica, Jacob Zuma, y su esposa –ojo, al estilazo que demuestra la mujer con sus curvas-, pese a llevar medias de encaje, Carla Bruni se calzó unas bailarinas. Sin duda faltaba algo –sí, un tacón- pero el acto de amor es indiscutible. Además, la modelo ya se las arregló para que con stilettos o sin ellos nadie perdiera atención de su modelito: un vestido de manga asimétrica que le sentaba como un guante.

Me encanta esta mujer y que el presidente francés se quede embobado mirándola mientras su invitado suelta su discurso sobre el difícil problema en Costa de Marfil.

Surely there was something missing, yes, a heel, but the act of love is undeniable. In addition, the model was arranged for them with stilettos or without anybody losing his outfit care: an asymmetrical sleeve dress that suited her like a glove.

I love this woman and that the french president gawk at her while his guest loose his discourse on the difficult problem in Ivory Coast.
